This Ford Transit Custom has been fully insulated and converted into a high-quality, comfortable camper, built with durability and attention to detail in mind. The van features full insulation using 20mm Kaiflex, ensuring excellent thermal performance and sound reduction for year-round comfort.
The flooring has been constructed with 15mm industrial poplar plywood, combined with a 0.5mm waterproof and soundproof vinyl layer, creating a solid, long-lasting, and easy-to-maintain base.
Inside, we’ve installed a custom furniture system built from 15mm plywood with a double-laminated white HPL finish, offering a clean, modern look while remaining highly resistant to daily use.
The electrical system is fully equipped for off-grid living. It includes a lithium second battery, a 3000W inverter with priority switch, and a solar setup with two 200W panels connected in series. The system is managed by a 16A MPPT solar regulator, ensuring efficient energy use and reliable performance.
Additionally, the van is equipped with an external 220V connection, including a full protection panel with the corresponding circuit breakers, allowing safe connection to external power sources when needed.
The space is completed with integrated LED lighting with a dimmer system, allowing you to adjust the atmosphere from functional brightness to a warm, relaxed setting.
Every element of this build is designed to combine practicality, durability, and a refined aesthetic, making it ideal for both everyday use and extended travel.
